The ministers of investment and development, national economy and finances have signed a joint decree “On some issues of ferrous and non-ferrous metals scrap and waste transportation”.
According to the decree, the transportation of scrap, as well as rails, pipes, and used railroad and wagon components, except for the scrap of alloyed steel is prohibited on roads of the Republic.
The decree comes into effect 10 days after its first public presentation, – on November 23. (Ukrainian metal)
