In 2019 Evraz intends to sell 13.7 thousand tons of vanadium, up by 7% from the forecast for 2018 (12.8 thousand tons).

The increase has to do with the sales of stocks.

In mid-term the company also plans to optimize its manufacture at Kachkanarsky Mining and Processing Works to develop iron ore stocks with higher vanadium contents. This might lead to the increase of vanadium sales to 14 thousand tons in 2022.

In 2017 Evraz share on the world market of vanadium was 17%.

The company believes the demand in 2018-2022 could grow on average by 2.7% per year, or to 106 thousand tons from 91 thousand tons in 2018. (Ukrainian metal)
