Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine has commissioned a new site to produce rare and rare-earth metals.
The company occupies the 7th place in the world in uranium mining and uranium oxide concentrate production.
The uranium concentrate is the main product of the ore group No. 5, where a new site has been commissioned. It will also produce ammonium perrhenate (rhenium).
Investments in the project exceeded 9 billion sums. (Ukrainian metal)
