Sumykhimprom has concluded an agreement with Khimvector LLC on the delivery of ilmenite valued at 11.72 million UAH.
This year the company will supply 2100 tons of ilmenite concentrate with the TiO2 contents of 51.5-62% from an unnamed producer at 5580 UAH per ton, or $203.
Two years ago Sumykhimprom bought the same ilmenite from the state enterprise United Mining and Chemical Company 2.5 times cheaper – at 1968 UAH or $79 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
