The government of Armenia is negotiating with US the non-application of sanctions on Rusal Armenal.
According to the minister of economical development and investments Artsvik Minasyan, the negotiations are held with participation of Rusal Armenal and the Ministry of foreign affairs.
Armenian party does not want sanction against Rusal to be imposed on Rusal Armenal. (Ukrainian metal)
