The metal of Rusal Armenal might return to the market of the United States.
The Office of Foreign Access Control said that US citizens and their partners could make new contracts with Rusal, the owner of Armenal, and other companies of Oleg Deripaska from the sanctions list.
But this applies only to companies that have for several years been purchasing Rusal metal and providing it with technical services.
Analysts believe that this might allow Armenal to resume aluminum foil deliveries to US.
In 2017 the company sold some $47 million worth of foil to US. (Ukrainian metal)
