The ChTPZ Group has concluded a 5-year contract with Globaltrans. The document has been signed by ChTPZ CEO Boris Kovalenkov and Globaltrans CEO Valeriy Shpakov.
According to the agreement, the New Transport Company, a part of Globaltrans, will be responsible for pipe transportation. Thus, the Globaltrans share in ChTPZ transportation will increase from 30% to 70%.
The prices could be revised each quarter. (Ukrainian metal)
