Beloretsk Iron and Steel Works has confirmed the correspondence of its quality management system to the requirements of the new ISO 9001:2015 version.
The representatives of SGS visited the rolling, steel wire and rope, cold-rolling shops and 14 divisions of the works, inspecting the manufacturing process, the quality of documentation and speaking with the employees.
Following the audit the BMK quality management system has been confirmed.
“Since 2002 BMK has been successfully confirming the correspondence of its quality management system to the international standard. This allows us remain competitive, expand our presence on the Russian and foreign metal wares markets and participate in major tenders”, the company CEO Victor Kamelin said. (Ukrainian metal)
