In June Russia exported 14.5 thousand tons of corrosion-resistant steel scrap and wastes valued at $18 million, up 4-fold and 5.6-fold YoY respectively.

According to the customs statistics, in 7 months exports increased by 46.8%, to 54.4 thousand tons valued at $59.4 million, up by 61.4%.

Scrap containing 8% of nickel accounted for 75% of the exports. (Ukrainian metal)
