On July 12 the Uzbek-Swiss joint venture Metal Processing commissioned a plant in the city of Tashkent.

The works will produce parts for the textile machinery, as well as spare parts used in the transportation sphere.

Investments totaled $4 million.

The company will be able to process 760 tons of metal per year.

60 jobs were created.

The project is mainly aimed at the domestic market, but from 2020 will start exporting metal as well. (Ukrainian metal)
