The miners demanded from the authorities to clear salary debts.
On July 5 the Ministry of energy and coal industry divided budget funds. It was planned to spend 324 million UAH to clear salary debts, with 9.5 million UAH to be allocated to Volynugol. But the funds were never transferred to the state enterprises accounts. (Ukrainian metal)
