The sole owner of Stalkanat-Silur, Vladimir Nemirovsky has sent 60 million UAH (0.57 UAH per ordinary share) from the 2017 net profit to pay dividends.
The decision was taken on July 2.
The dividends will be paid not later than on January 2, 2019.
In 2017 Stalkanat-Silur increased net profit 4.3-fold YoY, to 148.859 million UAH, and net income – by 23.6%, to 1.888 billion UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
