The Russian Copper Company and the National prospecting company Kazgeologia have signed a memorandum of cooperation in seeking out and developing non-ferrous and polymetallic ore deposits on the territory of Kazakhstan.

“RCC has been operating in Kazakhstan for almost 15 years. We see the interest of the authorities in the cooperation development with Russian companies. Kazakhstan has rich natural resources and demonstrates loyalty to the most up-to-date mining techniques. We are sure of the success of our cooperation”, RCC president Vsevolod Levin said.

Since 2004 RCC has invested $885 million in the Kazakhstan mining industry. (Ukrainian metal)
