In January-June Zaporizhstal increased steel output by 7.7% YoY, to 2.038 million tons.
According to the company statement, pig iron manufacture grew by 28.2%, to 2.14 million tons, and rolled metal – by 14.4%, to 1.811 million tons.
In June Zaporizhstal produced 33.2 thousand tons of steel, 349.1 thousand tons of pig iron and 300.9 thousand tons of rolled metal, all up by 9.5%, 26.4% and 18.4% YoY respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
