In January-May Ukraine produced 25.22 million tons of iron ore concentrate, down by 1% YoY.
In particular, sinter output increased by 22%, to 13.69 million tons, and pellets – by 12%, to 8.81 million tons.
In May deliveries of iron ore raw materials to Ukrainian companies grew by 1% MoM, to 2.56 million tons. Iron ore raw materials were not imported.
In January-May deliveries increased by 35%, to 13 million tons, with 25 thousand tons imported.
Exports in May grew by 12% MoM, to 3.27 million tons, with 15.58 million tons exported in 5 months, down by 9% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
