In January-April exports from Russia totaled $140.2 billion, up by 26.8%.

According to the customs statistics, the share of metal grew to 10.7% from 9.9% in January-April 2017.

In money terms exports increased by 36.7% YoY, and in physical terms – by 15.4%.

Pig iron exports grew by 39.9%, copper and copper alloys – by 20.1%, aluminum – by 15.7%, and semi-finished iron and unalloyed steel – by 11.5%.

At the same time flat rolled metal exports dropped by 12.4%, and ferroalloys – by 2.1%. (Ukrainian metal)
