On May 22 VSMPO-Avisma held an annual shareholders meeting.
A part of the undistributed profit for 2017 in the amount of 10.34 billion rubles was spent to pay dividends (890.45 rubles per ordinary share).
The board of directors was also paid 76 million rubles of the work in 2017.
Revision commission members received 2.45 million rubles
Last year the company revenue dropped by 4.9% YoY, to 72.4 billion rubes.
Net profit decreased by 28%, to 19.1 billion rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
