The state enterprise Vostochniy Mining and Processing Works has applied to the Commercial Court of Kiev asking to unblock the payment of $1.98 million for the delivery of the uranium concentrate to Steuermann Investitions und Handelsgeselschaft GbmH.
According to the court materials, Ukrgazbank, where VostGOK has some accounts, refuses to transfer $1.98 million to Steuermann.
The reason is not stated. The court hearings are scheduled for May 10. (Ukrainian metal)
