The integrated chemical and metallurgical complex to produce titanium dioxide, rare and rare earth metals will be created on the basis of the Afrikandskoye deposits in Murmansk region.
Investments might total 14 billion rubles.
Some 2.5 thousand jobs might be created.
When the project reaches full capacity, it could produce 75 thousand tons of titanium dioxide per year, 8.5 thousand tons of rare earth metal concentrate, 1.3 thousand tons of niobium oxide and 61 thousand tons of tantalum oxide. (Ukrainian metal)
