In Q1 Ferrexpo produced 2.585 million tons of iron ore pellets, down by 1.5% YoY.
According to the group statement, it produced 149.9 thousand tons of pellets of 62% iron contents ore and 2.435 million tons of 65% ore.
Manufacture of pellets of its own ore dropped by 1.6%, to 2.571 million tons, while of purchased ore grew by 25%, to 14.5 thousand tons.
In 2017 Ferrexpo produced 9.885 million tons of 65% iron content pellets and 558.7 thousand tons of 62% iron content pellets, down by 6.2% and by 16.1% YoY respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
