On March 12 the electric arc furnace No. 3 of Belarus Iron and Steel Works made the first steel after capital repairs.
The furnace was shut down on February 12 for essential repairs.
The company was able to cope with the repair 3 days in advance.
At present scheduled repairs are being carried out at the electric arc furnaces Nos. 1 and 2. (Ukrainian metal)
