Novgorodsky Iron and Steel Works has begun the final stage of copper electrolysis shop scrap-conveyor reconstruction.

The conveyor transports anode remnants from the electrolysis shop to the copper smelting shop.

Earlier all was done manually. Scrap was unloaded from the height of 1.7 meters, which made the process difficult and dangerous.

The conveyor will be put into operation by March.

The cost of the project is 2.7 million rubles. (Ukrainian metal)
