Rosterminalugol (a part of Port Management Company), the largest specialized state-of-the-art coal terminal in the European part of Russia, reached on February 20 the 3-millionth ton mark from the beginning of this year, the stevedoring company said.
The third millionth ton was loaded to the Panamax dry bulk carrier Indigo Ace. The M/V Indigo Ace was loaded with 76,500 tons of export coal and became the 14th bulker docked at the terminal in a month and 41st vessel year-to-date.
In 2017 the third millionth ton was shipped on February 28, and by the year-end results the facility exported 25.03 million tons of coal. (PortNews/Ukrainian metal)
