The unscheduled check has revealed that the ArcelorMittal Temirtau combined heat and power plant No. 2 has not provided the city of Temirtau with the required volume of heating.
“Since the beginning of the heating season the CHPP No. 2 has not been keeping the necessary temperature of the heating carriers stipulated by the plan. 8 cases of failure to provide enough heating have been found out during the heating season”, the controllers said.
For this ArcelorMittal Temirtau was fined for 481 thousand tenge. (Ukrainian metal)
