The minister of energy and coal industry Igor Nasalik promised, that in 2017 the state enterprise Lvivugol would receive 350 million UAH of loan funds under state guarantees for modernization.

The promise was made on September 21, 2017.

“Lvivugol provides for 50% of daily supplies for the power industry, so the issue of development is of utmost importance both for the region and for the country”, Nasalik said then. “Lvivugol will receive 350 million UAH to become profitable from April 2018”.

According to the letter of the ministry dated December 26, 2017, last year the state enterprise did not receive any money under state guarantees. This was confirmed by the ministry on January 25. Thus, Nasalik failed to fulfill his promise. (Ukrainian metal)
