The Magadan region enterprises intend to obtain 37 tons of gold in 2018.

“That’s an ambitious goal. This year the miners set a goal of 31 tons, but have already mined 32 tons. In March next year we will meet to set the goals for the year and see if they are realistic”, the regional governor Vladimir Pecheny noted. “But I’m sure they will cope with the task.”

“We are awaiting the commissioning of a large enterprise at the Natalka deposits, which is one of the largest deposits in the world. The project capacity is 10-12 tons per year”, he added. (Ukrainian metal)
