In September, according to the customs statistics, Russia exported 11.1 thousand tons of corrosion-resistant steel waste and scrap, down by 5.4% YoY, but up 2.1-fold YoY.

Revenue increased by 2.2% MoM and 2.3-fold YoY, to $10.8 million.

In January-September Russia exported 68.7 thousand tons of scrap, up by 17.2% YoY, valued at $66.1 million, up by 13%.

Scrap containing 8% of nickel and more accounts for 70% of all exports. (Ukrainian metal)
