Karabashmed will assemble 4 new bucket cranes with the lifting capacity of 16 tons in its metallurgical shop.
The new lifting machinery will decrease copper concentrate unloading time, increase the volumes of received concentrate and create conditions to improve output.
The assembly of the cranes is scheduled for late December.
As the result of the modernization Karabashmed intends to increase its capacity to 150 thousand tons of raw copper per year, including 130 thousand tons from mineral raw materials. (Ukrainian metal)
