In January-September Severstal supplied some 414 thousand tons of rolled metal to Russian machine-builders, up by 15% YoY.
The increase was the result of the growth of metal consumption in some industries, in particular in railroad, lifting and transport and agriculture machine-building.
In 2017 Severstal expects steel demand in machine-building to grow by 12.5% YoY.
To ship-builders steel deliveries increased by 19 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
