The Ministry of Trade of the USA has published the first results of its antidumping investigation into the imports of carbon and alloyed steel wire rod originating from Ukraine, UK, Italy, Spain, Turkey, South Korea and South Africa.
In particular, the investigation confirmed the sale of wire rod at lower prices and the size of discount to the price.
Ukrainian wire rod was sold in the USA at the price 34.98-44.03% lower.
The final decision on the imposition of import duties will be taken in January 2018. (Ukrainian metal)
