The State Property Fund of Ukraine intends to sell 68.01% of shares of Zaporozhye Aluminum Works in early 2018.
ZALK is Ukraine’s only primary aluminum manufacturer.
SUAL became the owner of the works in 2004. In 2007 Rusal took over the control.
After long trials the court cancelled the sale-purchase agreements and returned 68.01% of shares to the state ownership. (Ukrainian metal)
