On November 1 the Arbitrary court of Rostov region will start reviewing the claim to declare the Obukhovskoye Mine Group insolvent. The mine group is a part of DTEK.

The basis of the claim is the mine group debt of 6.7 million rubles.

The Obukhovskoye Mine Group is mining for anthracite. As of August 23, Donetsk Fuel and Energy Company LLC, a part of DTEK, was its only shareholder.

In 2016 the mine received 6.1 billion rubles of revenue, down by 14.3% YoY, and 444.7 million rubles of net profits against 342.4 million rubles of net loss in 2015. (Ukrainian metal)
