Evraz NTMK has completed the construction of the main structures of the new blast furnace No. 7. The height of the furnace is over 80 meters.
Metal structures of foundries have also been assembled. Gas-exhaust pipelines and transportation lines are being assembled. Soon the crane constructions will be erected.
The volume of the new furnace will be 2200 cubic meters, and project capacity – 2.5 million tons of pig iron per year.
Investments in the construction will total $170 million. (Ukrainian metal)
