According to the minister of energy and coal industry Igor Nasalik, Lviv region provides 50% of all Ukrainian coal.
“As Lvivugol covers 50% of energy needs daily, the matter of its development is of utmost importance both for the region and the power of the whole country”, he said.
This year the state enterprise will receive 350 million UAH of loan for modernization, which will allow it to become profitable from April 2018.
