The Supreme Commercial Court has confirmed the ruling to recover 6 million UAH from the only primary aluminum manufacturer in Ukraine – Zaporozhye Aluminum Works for the illegal use of the city land.
Without any contracts and agreements ZALK has been using the territory of the city with the total size of 50 ha, thus damaging the local budget for 6 million UAH.
The Zaporozhye local prosecutor’s office filed a claim against the company back in 2013. (Ukrainian metal)
