Yuri Derkach has been appointed the acting CEO of the Ukrainian Association of Secondary Metals. Previously he worked in the Ministries of industrial policy and economical development and trade until his retirement.
The previous UAVtormet CEO Nikolai Tarapurov retired.
The final decision on the CEO appointment will be taken at the association meeting in November.
UAVtormet, uniting Ukrainian companies dealing in ferrous scrap, was created in April 1999. (Ukrainian metal)
