In August direct supplies of rolled steel to housing-construction and ferroconcrete structures manufacturing companies totaled 19.2 thousand tons, up by 2.9% MoM, but down by 15.2% YoY.
According to the railroad statistics, in July the indexes were +5.2% and –30% respectively, and in June –37.2% and –3.4%.
In January-August construction companies received 180 thousand tons of rolled metal, down by 2% YoY and by 45% from the previous years. (Ukrainian metal)
