The Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine has left unchanged the ruling of the Kiev commercial court of appeals as to the volume of the main debt of Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Combine to Metinvest at 5.19 billion UAH instead of 2.566 billion UAH.
At the same time the ruling of the Commercial court of Kiev and the Kiev commercial court of appeals on the decrease of the fine from 2.95 billion UAH to 437.38 million UAH and the 3% interest from 238.12 million UAH to 155.39 million UAH has been cancelled and the Commercial court of Kiev will have to hear the case again.
