GV Gold has put into operation the Taryn Mining and Processing Works at the Drazhnoye deposits of Taryn ore field.
Vysochaishiy acquired the license to operate at the Drazhnoye deposits in late 2012.
The capacity of the first stage of the GOK is 700 thousand tons of ore per year. When it reaches its project capacity, it will be able to produce 2.7 tons (87 thousand ounces) of gold. Tax payments to all budget levels will amount to 500 million rubles, and 450 new jobs will be created. (Ukrainian metal)
