In August Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Combine underproduced 10 thousand tons of rolled metal because of the forced idle time of the 400/200 mill.
According to the acting director of the rolling shop on 400/200 mill Igor Chuyko, when the works resumed operation the mill did not operate in normal order because of the lengthy idle periods.
“As of August 22, of the planned 27.2 thousand tons of rolled metal we produced only 17.8 thousand tons, thus the underproduction was 10 thousand tons”, he said. (Ukrainian metal)
