In January-June Sibcable increased enameled wire output by 25% YoY, to 2198 tons.
Enameled wire is used to produce and repair engines, electric starters and transformers. It is also used in elevator equipment, electric power plants, etc.
Sibcable is the only enterprise over the Urals capable of producing enameled wire. At present it can produce not only traditional wares that can be used under 155 C degrees, but also wire for up to 200 C degrees.
In June-July the company received its largest order for the manufacture of 6 tons of thin and ultra thin enameled wire. (Ukrainian metal)
