The Mednogorsk Copper-Sulfur Works has started constructing a new sulfuric acid warehouse with the capacity of 12 thousand tons.

The cost of the project, including equipment, is 400 million rubles.

By the end of the year the contractor has to have constructed the foundation for tanks and pump station. The site will be commissioned in Q3 2018.

The warehouse will consist of three tanks with the 18-meter diameter and 9-meter height and the volume of 4 thousand tons of sulfuric acid each, a pump station, and a pouring unit providing for the simultaneous pouring of acid into 8 railroad tanks. (Ukrainian metal)
