DTEK Komsomolets Donbassa mine, with assets on the occupied territory of Donetsk region, has to pay 13.8 million UAH to the Pension Fund.
The company has long been not paying pensions to its employees and not reimbursing the Pension Fund, as the result its debt amounted to 13.8 million UAH. The Donetsk region prosecutors filed a suit.
The Donetsk district administrative court satisfied the suit. (Ukrainian metal)
