On the annual meeting on May 19, the shareholders of Nikopol South Pipe Works decided to wind-up the company.

The issue has been suggested by a shareholder owning over 5% of shares.

In February 2007 Interpipe purchased 96.6% of NPTZ for 352.614 million UAH.

As of Q1 2016, 96.6% belonged to the Transportno-investitsionnye tekhnologii. Later 3 Cyprus companies, affiliated with Interpipe, purchased 19.3% each, decreasing the share of Transportno-investitsionnye tekhnologii to 38.6%. (Ukrainian metal)
