Two companies – Kintero Limited and Belismo Limited (both from the Seychelles islands) have become owners of 19.3% shares of Nikopol South Pipe Works each.
In particular, Kintero Limited increased its stake from 0% to 19.338041%, while Belismo Limited – from 0% to 19.337861%.
The Transportno-investitsionniye technologii LLC (Kiev) has sold its 38.675721% of NTPZ shares.
Earlier Kintero Limited and Belismo Limited declared their intention to buy 72.71 million ordinary shares of NPTZ. (Ukrainian metal)
