The two tenders on ferrous scrap sales by Ukrzaliznytsia with the total volume of 46 thousand tons have been declared not having taken place.

According to the tender documentation, there was only one offer, while at least two offers were needed.

The first lot consisted of 24 thousand tons of steel scrap valued at 122.76 million UAH, with 1 ton valued at 5.115 thousand tons. The auction step was 1%, or 1.227 million UAH.

The second lot had 22 thousand tons of steel scrap No. 4 (used wheels, beams, tyres, etc) valued at 116.93 million UAH, with 1 ton at 5.315 million UAH.

Both auctions had to take place on April 25. (Ukrainian metal)
