In January-March RUSAL produced 910 thousand tons of aluminum, down by 2.1% QoQ.
Sales reached 985 thousand tons, up by 6.8% QoQ. Value-added products amounted to 436 thousand tons in the total sales, up by 7.8%.
The average price in Q1 increased by 8.3% QoQ, to $1949 per ton.
Alumina output in January-March totaled 1889 thousand tons, down by 2.6% QoQ. Russian works provided 37% of the total alumina output. (Ukrainian metal)
