In 2016 Yeristovo Mining and Processing Works, a part of Ferrexpo, increased taxes payments by 16% YoY, to 176.7 million UAH.
In particular, the state budget received 93.7 million UAH, regional – 43.7 million UAH, local – 39.3 million UAH, or 53%, 25% and 22% respectively.
The budget of Gorishniye Plavni received 29.1 million UAH, Prishib – 3.9 million, and Dmitrovka – 6.3 million UAH.
The company also paid 22.4 million UAH of environment tax.
EGOK was put into operation in 2008 and has the license to mine ore expiring in 2049. (Ukrainian metal)
