The general manager of Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works Yuri Zinchenko hopes the Ukrzaliznytsia scrap tenders will be transparent and aiming at the interest of business.
“Ukrzaliznytsia has finally announced the long-awaited tenders to sell scrap. We’ve been waiting for almost 2 years. We hope that local iron and steel works get this scrap, and not middlemen”, Zinchenko wrote on his Facebook page.
Earlier the railroad announced 2 tenders to sell 46 thousand tons of scrap. (Ukrainian metal)
