In January-March Ukraine exported 38.671 thousand tons of ferrous scrap, up 3.3-fold YoY, valued at $11.548 million, up 4.7-fold YoY.
According to the State Fiscal Service, imports increased 2-fold YoY, to 8.720 thousand tons valued at $6.474 million, up 4.2-fold.
The main suppliers were Turkey (80.72%), Moldova (12.51%) and Russia (5.48%), with the main customers being Turkey (70.46%), Moldova (26.02%) and the Netherlands (2.23%). (Ukrainian metal)
